They are clearly very organised and responsive sending out quotes and arranging meetings quickly.  They put together a WhatsApp group with their team and us straight away and do what they say they are going to do, which is somewhat unusual in this world  - reliability is key! We also had a small crisis with a leak (not their fault), which they responded to immediately and resolved the issue immediately even into the night.
